How do I get permission to use NBA players on T shirts?

I WANT TO SELL T SHIRTS USING PHOTOS OF NBA PLAYERS

Ask them in writing. They will probably want a percentage. If that doesn't work you can use photos of dead NBA players. There is nothing they can do about that.

You would probably have to get in touch with the NBA. Try writing an e-mail to the league office. You could e-mail them from nba.com

THEY WILL WANT A PIECE UNLESS YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING THAT IS NON PROFIT. EVEN IF THEY ARE DECEASED, THEIR ESTATE COULD SUE YOU.
