The aging process which is also heredity, just like we grow hair in places we don't when we are young. Men have nose hair with none on their head, hair on their ears and lots of things happen as we age mostly related to how our ancestors aged.

ears and noses are made of cartalidge- which grows continually through life- for both women and men- it is a part of the body trying to keep itself healthy in the joints- but since ears and noses do not get worn down- they just get larger with life...
