I tivoed the marathon that was on last week but it skips some episodes so I am lacking some details i think may be key. I don't want to check the official site so I don't learn about things that have not yet happened(like i learned Data was killed before i saw Nemesis, boo).
So what I need to know is the character Ceska(sp?). I'm watching the one with the holo-novel Tuvok wrote about the insurrection and shes key in it but i don't know a thing about her. Is she the character that was supposed to have Chakotes child, is she really Bajoran or Cardassian, whats the story with that, whats her story up until this point?

Ceska was a Cardassian that was surgically altered to look Bajorian to infiltrate the maqui. during that time she and Chakote formed a romantic relationship which lasted until after they were stranded in the Delta Quadrent and she betrayed them and joined with the Kazon.
Abreviated to be certain, but that's enough to fill in the important gaps.
