You need to see a dr. Sounds like you might have a weak bladder muscle and it is letting urine leak out. You might want to look up kegal muscle exercises on the net. That may help. Good luck.

Wear deoderant pantiliners and wash with a feminine wash each day in the shower. Summer's eve makes a good one that works well. Regular soaps just don't work as well. Something about the ph balance - I'm not sure.

Also try Kegal (sp?) exercises. Tighten the muscles that control your urine flow for 10 seconds at a time. Do this a few times each day. Increase the number of times each day you do the exercise until you no longer notice the pee stains on your pantiliners.

What you think is pee stains just may simply be normal discharge. Sounds gross but every girl/women has it and that could be the stink you smell. But definitely ask a doctor about it, don't be embarrased as it is better to find out for sure than to have a possible infection and it get worse. Daily showers are good and try using panty liners to advoid stains in your panties.

CROTCH STINKS::: I used to have the same problem you do. All i did was use a dose. It is called women(starts with an M) You use this to clean out you vagina to keep it clean and refreshing. The dose all you do is spray it up your vagina, it cleans it out, and when you pee the first time, it will come out as water. But when you do it the second time, (for about 30 minutes) it will come out as regular pee.

PEE STAINS:: Also when you pee, make sure you wipe very very good. This could be the problem for those stains. If you stained those white panties, then you shoud clean them with bleach.

The fact that your crotch smells tells me that there is def. an infection. If it hurts to pee and you feel the need to pee all the time its prolly a UTI. Or it could very well be a yeast infection. Go see a doctor asap, and do not douche, its bad for you.

Sounds like a discharge from a possible infection. Wear cotton undies. Do NOT douche. Get your regular PAP Smear and talk to your gyno about the discharge. Good luck

If your urinating on yourself you really should talk to your doctor about it. In the meantime wear panty shields and change them as needed. There are feminine wipes that you can use throughout the day to freshen yourself up.
