I am 6wks pregnant and I was wondering if I can take airbourne...
Well, actually I took couple of them before I knew about my pregnancy. Any idea?

this is there website and it does say on there, that you should consult your dr before taking it
it also it contains herbs which dr's say to avoide while pregnant
and I have not seen it on any "safe lists" in any of my pregnancy books
If you are worried about catching the flu get a flu shot they are considered safe while you are pregnant unless of course you are anti vaccines.. then just be preventive and used lots of anitbacterial wash and lysol

No, it is not safe. When I was pregnant, I asked my doctor the same thing and found out the herbs that are in airborne are not safe for the baby. If you did it once, most likely there is no harm but repeated use could cause harm and is not recommended.

What are the herbal extracts in the product? That would be my only concern. The rest is just fine - vitamins, electrolytes, amino acids and antioxidants.

Can you edit your post and add the herbal extracts?

They have normal stuff in them but if you are already taking prenatal vitamins then you won't need more, so call a nd ask the doc
