There will be more IED attacks, there will be a louder call to leave Iraq/Reinforce the troops, the Shia will say that the chapter has closed a door/the Sunni that this will open a new chapter of attacks, the Shiites will claim it is justice and the Sunnis will claim it is oppression... The Kurds will probably just ask for the status quo...
I agree with most of the above...
We invaded Iraq thinking that we could destroy the Baathists and rebuild relatively quickly, we knew that greed and self interest usually outweigh hatred and revenge. It seemed obvious that if we tossed the Baathists out and let the Shia and the Sunni's decide between killing each other or enriching themselves, well, we thought we knew how they would respond. We were wrong. We broke the country, and now we don't know what to do with it.
We freed 50,000,000 people in Afghanistan and Iraq and scared Libya into folding its hand. Now, Karzai is fighting for his life and Malaki can't be bothered to discipline Sadr, let alone the Badr Brigade. I think we are going to lose in Iraq and Afghanistan is in doubt. We destroyed the Baathist party and the Taliban, and it doesn't seem to matter. Now that seems odd.

Since they prematurely reported Pope John Paul II's death, I wouldn't trust them for information. Especially that Greta van Susternernernernern. Wait until all the news stations confirm this. Anyways, Iraq will go apecockk once Saddam's executed.
