While my husband and all but one of my sons love hunting and fishing, so do two of their wives (not counting the one in Iraq, she has a different kind of hunt).

I think both can do hunting. Girls can do anything that boys can do well almost everything I beleive that girls can do anything boys can do. i have used a gun before shooting cans. so yes girls can hunt to we are not like those woman who just stay home and clean the house and watch/babysit children all the time. But if you dont like hunting it is not your thing. I dont want to hunt and kill poor cute animals. but it just matter whats your personalitly.

Hunting is for people who enjoy it, gender does not matter.
My, now 18 yo, niece is a much better marksman, with gun or bow, then either her older brother or her dad. She learned to hunt at 12 and has consistently filled her tags ever since.

girls and guys. OKay, i am from texas and everyone down here, and i mean everyone, hunts. I personally dont like to hunt( poor bambi) but everyone i know girl and guy has gone hunting.

what are you hunting??? hunting for wild mushrooms is very good for both....hunting for deer is good..good eating too....in the not so long ago, men did the hunting and women and girls had the bloody work of butchering..should be for both

Well, hunting doesn't know gender, so I feel as though no matter if you're female or male, you should be able to. Same thing with age, unless you're like, three years of age or something....

to answer your question, i think that hunting is best suited for men, but can also be done by women. I don't think that it should be discriminatory, but is also more of a manly sport. I hope this helps!

I was taught to shoot in OK. and was very good, some men can't handle that. If someone is telling you it's not for girls it's because a lot of times women are good at it. Go for it!!! It's fun!
