Everyone has different symptoms (or none) and every pregnancy is different as well. The one symptom I've never missed hearing is the "sleepies"...that uncontrolalbe, insatiable need to sleep. You can sleep well at nigh, but during the day, typically the first 3 months, you have this exhausting feeling and get very sleepy during the day for no apparent reason other than the pregnancy. The morning sickness doesn't happen to everyone and it can sometimes be triggered by the prenatal vitamins.
The most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period but if you planned it then you're already keeping track.

Everyone is a bit different ..each pregnancy too .. I noticed the sore breasts first and yes with a 28 day clockwork cycle you notice before you get to day 28 change in appetite ,sense of smell , aversion to coffee .. with each pregnancy I noticed different things I just couldnt stand to have in the house like onions.. .I have read that the sleepiness is due to the high levels of progesterone flooding thru your system

Not every woman gets sick. I didn't. I didn't know I was pregnant with my first child until I was about 5 months into the pregnancy. I didn't have any symptoms. When I became pregnant with my second child I just knew.

I knew I was pregnant even before the dr. told me. I am usually cold natured and all of a sudden one day I had hot flashes. My breasts were really tender. When I went to the dr, I was 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. That is very early.

No not every woman gets sick at first sign of pregnancy. I get congested (in my nose), my sense of smell gets very heightened, and things I normally eat and love just don't taste right.

Personally, I got sick...I thought I had the flu. Every time I sat up from a reclining position, I threw up.
But no, not everyone gets sick. In fact, there are many, many women who don't. Grrr. LOL

I had morning sickness pretty bad, but I'm not sure exactly how far along I was when it started (around 6 weeks I think). I kept thinking I was starting my period bcs I was having cramping and a light discharge.

everyone's bodies are different. Some people don't know until they take a test. I always start to spit a lot. And I have to constantly be eating gum to keep a taste in my mouth.

No, I was not sick at all during my two pregnancies. My cycle was like clockwork, so when I was two days late, I knew.
