Whenever I do a bend, my guitar strings creak. Sometimes, when I do a really big bend, my guitar goes out of tune. I just restrung it yesterday. Is it normal for strings to creak? I have a squire, so could it be because I have a cheap guitar?

I don't think there is anything wrong with the instrument, normally.
Sounds like you have two things going on here. First the creaking strings; if your electric guitar is turned up at the amp, no one will hear creaking strings. If the strings are loose at the nut or the tuning pegs are weak maybe, maybe the strings are backing off the pegs. But I don't think that's happening. Oils and sweat on your hand tend to degrade strings and they should be replaced regularly if you play often. Strats have a floating bridge that can be troublesome at times. If you have taken the wammie bar off you may want to think about snugging down the bridge by tightening the bridge anchor screws. Careful this can be tricky, ask other guitar players what they think. It is a good ice breaker at the mom & pop music store, not so good at the, always busy, national chains. So, if your bridge is still in the floating mode and you do a 'super bend' it is probably going out of tune at the bridge, which has moved a slight bit during the bend. If your good you can retune on the fly with the wammie bar, but that takes a little practice.

Squier guitars aren't all bad but the last generation was by far the worst. Some of the older ones, especially Japanese ones, were excellent, bro. I've got a '67 Strat and one of them and there's no difference between the two except age, life wise.
If it's a new guitar it's likely just a break in issue (if it's the same creaking you mean) and it'll stop soon enough. Movement on the string saddles at the bridge, usually an easy adjustment with a small allen wrench, and even the tension of the vibato tailpiece strings can be a source of creaks. Check and make sure your tailpiece is sitting flush with the face and not leaning forward.
That's all I got.

Did you stretch the strings after putting them on? Put the strings on and tune them in, then pull-up on one string and place your other string underneath about 6 inches ahead and run the full length up to the top of the stock, do this to every string. re-tune and do it again, it may take about 4-5 times until the strings keep they're tune. Or it could be your tuning heads are toast.

It may mean that the grooves in the nut and / or the bridge were cut sloppily (very common), this can be remedied easily with careful smoothing or polishing of the string grooves.
