Seeing that you are unable to spell "vagina" correctly, I am going to assume that you are underage. Besides, why would you want it tighter? If you're not having sex, then it shouldn't be loose to begin with.
On another note, some women have said that after douching with vinegar and water, their "vaginia" does get it a little tighter..(and also dry).

I would be reluctant to use vinegar enough to do this. I have a feeling that it may be too acidic and cause some skin irritation. Much better to learn about pelvic floor exercises (any maternity hospital should have brochures sitting in the racks in the waiting rooms) and then be conscientious about your exercises. Regular exercise of the pelvic floor muscles will strengthen the vagina and enable a tighter "feel". It also improves the overall health of your pelvic region, making incontinence less likely and prolapse of the uterus in later life unlikely.

No, vinegar does not tighten the vagina. Kegel exercises can help though, and you can do these anywhere, without anybody being the wiser.

no, vinegar is not good for you. it increase the acidity of your vigina. your body cleanse itself & to tighten you need to do kegel exercises. that strenghtens the muscles inside you so you have control/ hope this helps

Um, no. If you heard some where that guys like tight vaginas, it's just a stupid thing guys think up when they have nothing better to do than think up stupid things!!!
If a guy tells you that you're not tight enough for him or that you're too loose or something stupid like that, tell him where to go.
Don't go doing anything weird just to satisfy some horney looser.
