I've been seeing results such as my love handles are slowly dissapearing, my chest is starting to take shape, and my abs are starting to get carved out. My question is i still can't run that much i can lift weights pretty easy and i do ab workouts but when i start running i have problems going for more than 10 minutes any ideas?

I eat 6 meals a day all relatively small until dinner to keep my metabolism going

and as for the running i don't know its just hard to keep going after a short while. I think i'll get a treadmill or a stationary bike one of these days.

Other than weights, it doesn't sound like you're doing any cardio, so maybe the lack of it is the reason you're having problems.

Start slow and just push yourself to run about 5 more minutes each time. Make sure you're stretching before and afterwards.

i am a girl so believe me, i take interest in this! ok, even if you r gettin a bod, it doesn't mean your in shape! For one thing, start eating right. eat your 3 meals a day and eat the amount of greens, fruits, proteins and all that junk. then take it slow. run a little bit each day, then gradually run farther and increase your pace, then you'll be able to run as much as needed. also, find a running partner, part of the time that is why people stop running after a while, they are lonley and bored.
