it depends on when you started puberty. And i dont think that your breasts ever stop growing doctors have said that the breast size changes up to 2 or 3 times a year.

it varies from girl to girl usually around 17 or 18. As for breast in my experiance around 17 or 18 but grew more after I had children. Something to do with hormone changes

It is around 19 years of age but it can be varied depending on how your hormones are, your living situation and your family history

It has to do with your genes and your hormons, my friends breasts were still growing when she was 19. And I'm 17 and I'm still growing (Thank God)
