One that comes with a cost-friendly phone plan. Don't be enticed by all the high-tech options available on the phone itself. I mean, really, a phone is for communicating. Anything else is superfluous.

camera and mp3 player are great features to have the better the camera the better the phone

it depends on what your looking to use it for. if you just want it for emergencies look for something basic. For music get a a chololate or something.
