Ah, the elusive baby dinosaur. I think we see them all around us everyday...in a sense. Scientists have long debated this but many believe dinosaurs evolved into the birds and other little critters we see here and now. The coelurosaur fossils that have been found share the same unique bone structure as modern birds.
A quote from howstuffworks
" The coelurosaurs' canaliculi took circuitous, meandering routes as they made connections between the bone cells and nutrients. The modern day bird is the only other known creature that displays this kind of pattern. Mammals show a much more regular pattern with very direct and parallel routes, a structure similar to another group of dinosaurs, called ornithischians."
So, if this is correct we see baby dinosaurs..or at least their modern relatives every time we step outside.

Don't listen to all them. The truth is, you don't see baby dinosaurs because they are like butterflies. They begin as caterpillars and turn into beautiful butterflies. No, not the baby dinosaurs... they start out in cocoons and for many years develop in that, then, once they come out of the cocoons, they go where the unicorns are!

peeper panda has a point, Another reason you dont see baby dino fossils is because dinos had to grow very fast in order to survive, also many would get eaten before they fully developed, but there are many baby dino fossils in museums all over the world. here in the US a good place to find baby dino fossils is in Snakewater Canyon; Montana, also known as the badlands, it is important because there have been found many baby fossils there. It used to be a nesting site.

It's very likely that most of the dinosaurs which died in infancy ended up as dino poop instead of fossils because something else either killed them and ate them or found them already dead and ate them. Nature does not waste perfectly good meat, and predators and scavengers are capable of eating and digesting small bones as well.
