Worse at what?
Singing? Paris.
Acting? Lindsay.
Public Behavior? Britney.
I think the biggest problem is the media attention given to all three of them. It's pretty safe to say that ANYONE can behave poorly when they are under constant surveillance and scrutiny. However, since we live in a society that gobbles up footage and photos of celebrities on the worst behavior, it's never going to stop.

Britney Spears is an irresponsible mother, cares more about her coffee than her own child (if you look at the pictures of her almost dropping her baby, she was wearing too-high heels and tripped on her too-long pants, and tries to save the cup in her right hand rather than the baby on her left arm), and goes out on the town in skanky clothes all night with the other two while her two infants are sleeping at home.
Paris Hilton thinks that she's the sexiest thing on two legs, and doesn't seem to care about anything but herself, her tiny dogs, and the cash coming to her from her daddy. I also suspect that she only dated that boy-Paris so she could cry out her own name at night...
Lindsay Lohan is an attention-seeking, drunken whore, and needs to be clubbed in the face with something.

Paris Hilton. She is completely self-absorbed. Britney and Lindsay became famous because they actually have talent, but if Paris was not a Hilton, nobody would want to know about her.

All three of them. All of them are terrible role models, if they can even be called that. Paris is a dunderhead and gives us blondes the bad name. Britney is just plain messed up and full of herself. And Lindsay used to be okay, but she caved in to our messed up entertainment society. She's now on the road to being as messed up as Paris and Britney.
Their all little clones one way or another.
It sickens me.

Paris tops 'em all, but Britney comes pretty damn close. Contrary to popular belief, Lindsay WAS once a good role model. You can't tell that now, now can you?
