What color shoes should I wear with a yellow dress?

I have a light yellow party dress. What is the best color of shoes to wear? Also, what accessories would look good (gold, silver, etc.)? Thank you!

def. white or black. dont try to match a yellow shoe with it. maybe even a silver mettalicy shoe would look really cute. as for accesories it really depends on the dress. hope i helped!

A yellow dress usually go with dressy sandals, wedges, or flip flops because it is such a light and a summer color because shoes will throw it off. But Try a natural brown or silver color shoes with you dress, and pick gold accessories. Hope this helps.

i say go with a light pastel color to compliment (or if there are any other colors in the dress) the dress and get shoes and accessories that color, or i would just get white shoes and maybe some white bangles and white earrings...

DO NOT wear a gold necklace and silver bracelet like "nikki" suggested, dont mix metals.. that is weird.

It is not white shoe time and although I dont believe that stuff about no white shoes after Labor day, there are alot out there that do and I would want you to get hurt. I think with a light yellow, black shoes and assesorize with pearls. Cant go wrong with pearls. Panty hose I feel should be nude or the next tone up.

White, silver or pale olive shoes; you don't want a very dark color. Wear silver or black pearl for accessories.

I agree with the green shoes...but dont go too ALL out with the jewelry if you do that...let the shoes be the BANG of the outfit....if you want your upper body to stand out then get some big, cute jewelry and wear some camel colored or tan shoes...

i think black or navy blue shoes would be fine wether heels or flats. red shoes might be kind of cool and add a little spice to your outfit. for accesories i would say silver or a deep gold if you would rather use gold. or maybe not use silver or gold at all. u could go with the color of your shoes for accesories. like red earrings and a headband with the red shoes

You could wear green pointy shoes and chunky jade jewelry. Or Metallic silver shoes with silver bangles and silver chandellier earrings....depends on the neckline...if a low neckline substitute necklace for earrings.
