Like how they have a part two in the manga; like with everyone's clothes and how they're all different. Will they have new episodes like with the part two of the manga?

From the current manga storyline we don't know if Sasuke will come back or not as the manga is still dealing with that story arc so it still in development and we will have to see. The anime is not up to that part yet so we will have to wait till the new episodes air and catches up to the manga and continues with the manga storyline untill however the storyline with Sasuke is resolved and if he stay or goes back. As for the part two of the story which will be called Naruto: Hurricane chronicles, they will start playing on TV in Japan in January, around the 11th and go back to the manga storyline.

Currently, Sasuke is with Orochimaru. But he will come back in the anime because he is one of the main characters in Naruto. The filler arc does not show him too much. But he will surely be back in the anime.
About the part two of the manga, it will be shown in the anime too. And when the filler ended, on February 15, 2007, the anime's title will be changed from Naruto to Naruto: Shippūden (literally Hurricane Chronicles). The plot of these new series after the filler arc would be about Naruto after the two and a half year time skip. It will revolve around Naruto and Sakura's quest in finding Sasuke and the Akatsuki would be more active.

I guess he'll be in upcoming episodes. He's a major character after all and he is the one that Naruto and the others are looking for. The second part in the manga will probably be made in anime format too. They are actually near that arc already. After they show all those filler episodes, we'll probably see them all grown up..... I only think that sasuke'e new outfit (second arc of the manga) doesn't suit him. He looks like he has a big tummy...

Yes, Sasuke is currently in Naruto which shows on Toonami (Saturday nights - carntoon network)
