Boring! And Sean Connery played a Russian submarine commander yet he still had the same Scottish accent he always has!

loved it..

I own it along with Jack Ryan's other adventures:

Patriot Games
Clear and Present Danger
Sum of all Fears

waiting to see if Clancy does or does not help make
Red Rabbit.

some of his other books are being considered as well.

If they do Red Rabbit it has to be Ben Afleck again. When Ben played Ryan in Fears, Clancy was so impressed by the charector and Ben as Ryan that he wrote Red Rabbit around the way Afleck potrayed Ryan. The looks, the person, everything.

This was all in hopes that some day Ben would play the young Ryan again.

Though a movie of age, yes, it was good. I believe that the actors were particulalry good. The only thin I didn't like was the darkness of being under water.. Not enough 'drama' for my taste.

yes, sean connery is one of my favorite actors and it followed the book pretty well. Even though i wasn't sure about Alec Baldwin playing Jack Ryan....Harrison Ford did a much better job.

One of the best movies ever made. Phenomenal acting, really good and suspenseful plot, and pretty good special effects, even now.
