As far as weight goes....don't be too worried about the numbers on the scale. The question is do you like the way you look? Are you happy with your body shape? Now at the age of 14 you are going to be developing some nice curves - that is a good thing. If you think that you look too heavy, watch what you eat...cut out most sweets and cut out most carbs (you have to have some). Drink diet soda (in one can of regular coke there is 10 teaspoons of sugar). Drink A LOT of water, and cold water actually burns calories. When you go to the doctor for a check up, ask him/her about your weight.
Good luck sweetie.....remember....its not about a number...its about how you look

It's not too much. And when you're 14 your body is still growing and changing. Between the time I was 14 and 16 I really lost a lot of "baby fat." So if you think it's too much, just be patient. Keep healthy eating and exercising habits and you'll be fine.

i dont care what everybody else says DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. THAT WEIGHT IS PERFECTLY FINE FOR A TEEN!! I used to weigh that, and trust me, the pounds will come off at you get older. your weight is fine, you probably dont even show it. i wouldnt reccommend dieting...trust me. if you are 14, you will lose your weight naturally. the only thing that i did different was drink diet cokes instead of regular. but other than that, i changed nothing. your fine darling...

yes it's too much weight...it's not much less than me and i'm a grown man at 5'8. just exercise on a regular basis and stop eating processed foods that are high in sugar and bad fats. some fats are essential so don't give those ones up cuz they'll help you lose weight and your brain to function properly

Don't worry. Love your body. Every body is differant, and some are naturally thick and heavy, while others are born as sticks. Don't worry, eat healthy, and have fun with life. Don't worry what people say about you and don't believe their judgements.
Good Luck, and Happy New Year!

Honestly. You really can't determine weight through the internet. If you feel uncomfortable, you should really speak to a doctor, they can help you figure out what what is best for you.
