It can be. I have it, but I have a 17 year old AND a 16 month old! So, it can be hard but not necessarily impossible. Good luck!

Yes honey it can be harder, but not impossible. I myself have endometriosis. I was diagnosed when I was 19 and told to have a child as young as possible because it betters your chance. My boyfriend and I chose to wait, and I got pregnant now years later after trying only 4 months. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage the following month. Now my husband and I are trying again. It is said that depending on where the endo is located in your body and how severe it is, depends on your chances of getting pregnant. Do not stress it.. Just keep trying and hopefully all will work out for you!!!! I wish you the best of luck!!!!

Yes, and you also have a higher risk of an ectopic or "tubal" pregnancy. Honey, you need to see your OB/GYN. There is a minor surgery for endometriosis, that'd be your best bet BEFORE getting pregnant. I've been there, and if you want a baby, it's better to get pregnant knowing it has a chance than to have a tubal pregnancy & lose a fallopian tube and your child. Good luck honey! ;-)

I think it depends on how severe you have it. My OB discovered I had a mild case and removed it immediately. I conceived the very next month. My niece was told she would never have children because she had it. She has two healthy daughters, and it only took her a couple of years to conceive each. I also know another women who had a severe case of it, but still tried for years to conceive. A few years after she gave up trying, she was surprised to find out she was pregnant. Best of luck to you.

yes, the endometriosis is result of abnormal growth of the uterine lining.
Endometriosis occurs when tissue like that which lines the inside of uterus grows outside the uterus, usually on the surfaces of organs in the pelvic and abdominal areas, in places that it is not supposed to grow.
The word endometriosis comes from the word “endometrium”—endo means “inside” and metrium (pronounced mee-tree-um) means “mother.” Health care providers call the tissue that lines the inside of the uterus (where a mother carries her baby) the endometrium.
