It's where you kill somebody. Genocide is where you kill a ton of people like Hitler with the Jews. Suicide is where you kill yourself.

homicide is when a person kills another person (not themselves thats suicide) and you can get a sentence as severe as the death penalty for commiting homicde. so dont do it. (oh and u can just watch shows like CSI, and law and order to find these answers)
