I've lost my interior lights and back up lights while both fuses and all bulbs are still intact.

If you know a GM employee (hourly or salary), have them go to the GM SPO (service parts operations) through My Socrates and look up your vehicle on there. The schematics are on there under ESI (electronic service information). That's the only way I know to get the info free. Many GM employees don't realize they have access to this but they do. http://gm.socrates.com/
If not, You may have to get the actual service manual from Helm publishing . These are the authentic GM service manuals. http://www.helminc.com
You could get a Chiltons or Haynes manual as Dodgeman suggested but I find for electronic problems they are way too general and not enough specifics.
AllData ( http://www.alldatadiy.com/ ) should have them too but they can be a gamble sometimes. Most of the time they have complete factory diagrams for specific newer vehicles but the older the vehicle gets, the sketchier their info becomes. I'd call them first.
As far as a dealer goes, the dealers some of these guys go to must be more generous than the ones around here because they don't even want to give you part numbers. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask but I've never found them to be of much help.

You can get any wiring diagram you want by visiting any manufacturers website and access their repair manuals. If that doesn't work, go to a dealer and they will be more than happy to download what you need and print it off. Nothing comes to mind as to what to look for as both of these problems are not related, I think. Is your interior lite off button enabled to shut off all power to the interior lites?

Ha ha ha...good luck getting that man....however if the fuses and bulbs are good which I'm sure they are you have to find a common power suply. The good news is Chevy put them all in one box under the hood. Check it out and see probly a relay...good luck and happy hunting
