Any anime conventions in Texas for 2007?

I want to go to my first anime convention in 2007,and I live in San Antonio,Texas.

There are a couple of anime conventions or gatherings in Texas that you could attend in 2007. The main one would be Anime Fest located in Dallas. The website for that is located here: http://www.animefest.org/AF2007/Location.php

Another larger convention would A-Kon also located in Dallas as well. There site is located here:

Some haven't update their sites so you may have to wait maybe untill the beginning of next year for them to updated. There seems to be a number to choose from and hope that helps
