i just bought house season 1 and in one episode house askes cameron is she ever lost a baby. she was really pissed and called him a bastard. i know her husband died but did she also loose a baby?

They have not brought up the bit about the baby again, but; I am guessing she had an abortion. I also think she was a fat person at one time. The abortion thing is ironic when you think that she has trouble telling patients that they are going to die. Possibility is that she was raped of a victim of incest. She defends others to make up for her own pain.
