psp 2.80??

Question

if i download eloader and xloader for my psp 2.80 where am i suppose to get the games for it ?and can you help me step by step on how to use it?
(i dont have wifi)

I'm not actually too sure what you want those files for.
If you have 2.80 you can only play UMD games on it so you will have to get you games from your local gaming store.

If you are wanting to downgrade then thats a different story.
