would like to apply for job there but the thought of all that team playing, making a fool of yourself stuff puts me off

I had a very surreal interview with Asda. They wanted to take a urine sample and also asked me to role-play with the interviewer a scene from Star Wars where a bunch of Sand-people are slayed. They are completely crazy, and best avoided.

No not my cup of tea-i dont suit the bright green uniforms they wear-Someone i know works there and she loves all there team building exercise stuff,but all the staff seem happy,so it cant be that bad.Americans seem to have more fun anyway,dont knock it until you try it!
