my xbox isn't opening and i want to trade it in to get an xbox 360 but they won't accept it, any help on to how to fix it.. and i cant open it bc the screws wont open up on the bottom of the system.. it seems as if they are worn out.

have you tried a hexwrenchy thing (it looks like an "L" and on each side it has an hexagon). When you do open it it should just be a jammed gear, or you can have the refurbish it, but it cost money (at gamestop I think it's like $10)

They have a number on the xbox. Call it, Or go on a website for xbox repairs
