Claim it as his one and only victory, just before the black muslims write a new chapter in their Karan, named Saddam, that gives all future terrorists a model to look up to!
a man's message is always more powerful in death then it ever is in life. not my rules, just reality. right now is the WRONG time to be hanging Saddam!!
the act will only reinforce the terrorists's cause in their own hate filled minds!

As a christian I think he will pray for Saddam's soul. What he did was in his official capacity. How he is in his personal life maybe a lot different then the public perception.
