We are a small group of -friends-if i can say that.I wanna be the leader or boss of that group.In my grop is one lesbian, two normal girls and two little thief girls and one man who is all that.I am all that too excapte lesbian.So how can i become a boss, and what should i do.How to threet tham..???

Why on eath would you want to be your friend's boss? friendship is not about being boss, perhaps work and army are, but not friendship. Everyone is equal in a friendship.
Anyways, there is nothing you can do. You do not have any authority over them to be their boss.
