One of my toes has swollen and changed colors (purple redish) due to bumbing into a sofa lol. How can I get rid of it?

Rotate heat for 20 minutes then cold for 20 minutes and elevate it above your heart....like in a recliner with a pillow under your foot. You could also try taking aspirin. Aspirin is mostly used to thin the blood.

not much except try to stay off your foot and take a antiimflamitorty med like advil or motrin. You can try ice 15 min on 15 min off . even if it is broke the doctors wont do much more than tape it to the neighboring toe.

just a bad bruse,ice it a few times a day, it'll clear up, if it doesn't see a Doc. it may be broken, but I doubt it

Get a needle poke it then squise the white stuff out and ur done.
