since you didn't say if you have the LS or Z34 it's going to be in one of 2 places. if you have the 3.1 engine it's going to be right behind the MAF sensor off to the right hand side (it would be facing the rear of the car). If your car has the 3.8, it'll be towards the front of the car right behind the airbox.

It's in the flexible bellows between the air filter box and the throttle body. They rarely go bad. I've seen a lot of broken wires at that connector.

The intake air temp. sensor is located either in the flex snorkle that leads to the intake manifold or in the side of the air cleaner box. It has two wires to it. It is either screwed into the box's threaded hole or plugged into the rubber snorkle.
