Dab a bit of baby oil or mineral oil on a cotton ball, or some tissue, and swab it off (downward motion with your eyes closed). Remember that the skin tissue around the eyes is very delicate, so use gentle strokes in the downward direction). Of course, be careful to keep the oil out of your eyes!

I wear waterproof mascara every day, and I use a bit of baby oil on a soft cloth, or some virgin coconut oil that i rub on with my fingertips, then gently wipe off with a soft cloth.

really good makeup remover. they work. the best ever (even gets pen off your hand and stuff) mary kay... you have to buy it from a consultant. look it up, there might be one near you. otherwise, try johnsons baby oil.
