First thing is - don't panic.
A lot of people forget who they are, and it's nothing to be ashamed of.
Get a big dictionary of names, and go through it until you see one that rings a bell. Then repeat it to yourself, like "I am Uriah, I am Uriah" If this doesn't do the trick, then go back to the dictionary and start where you left off.
The only way this method can fail is if you have a really unusual name that isn't in the dictionary - like Nashvillegirl for example.
That would mean you'd have to remain an insoluble mystery and an enigma forever.
