When he found his dying/dead mother he told Padme' he killed them "all". Who is he referring to?

He is referring to the Tusken Raiders, also known as sand people, who had kidnapped and torchered her. In the movie, you see him start to kill them when he chops off the heads of two male sand people.

Anakin killed the entire tribe of Tusken Raiders (aka Sand People) who had kidnapped his mother. The killing included all the women and children although you really don't know who they are since it is not known who is a female or a male even within the tribe.

After their mission is disrupted by an ion-charged sandstorm, a fatigued Anakin becomes delusional and cannot resist his desire to attack Hett, A'Sharad subdues Anakin and learns why he hates Tuskens(because of the tragedy on Tatooine), but is unable to convince him that a true Jedi has no use for prejudice. Obi-Wan survives Jabiim but becomes obsessed with finding Asajj Ventress. Anakin gains a reputation as a great starpilot and proves himself to be a courageous warrior, but a lightsaber duel with Ventress(shared with Obi-Wan) leaves him facially scarred. In Episode III, this scar has been known to grow longer under his right eye in several scenes.
