Who knows. If we did know how the next Saddam will be then we would try and prevent it from happening. But we don't. We cant even think when it would happen. We just know that it will happen again. It will always happen. It won't never stop.

There are many still out there and in Iraq they have a new President but he is not like Sadaam. look it up at www.history.com
But if you mean tyrants there are oodles of them probably some in your neighborhood, it is just a matter of reaching the level of power that he did. There still is Qadafi, and Castro regime, and then there is the African tyrants arming the children with automatic weapons, then there is the Bin Ladin gang members etc., But worst of all is the Premier of Russia Pukin he is and the President of Iran are the two worst tyrants in the Asian continent. They are working hand in hand with the powers in Lebanon to regroup to attack Israel with full force. Russia needs the money and the power, their life long ambition is to destroy democracy and all religions.

Saddam never actually killed anyone he hired those to do it for him so there are other people out there as evil as he is. Hopefully nobody like him will inflict their ideas on the world again.
