I think my husband has a urinary tract infection or an std that is making it painful for him to urinate. It started after we came back from vacation. He was with me the whole time. I don't understand how he got it.

Prostate problems are usually the culprits; however, uniary problems are quite common among even straight people.

Blueberries, Cranberries , Lingoberries, Huckleberries, Bearberries, and others have a compound that is quite effective. Antibiotics are the safest and fastest cure however.

Painful urination does not have to be caused by an STD. Urinary tract infections or kidney infections happen all the time. Take him to the doctor, or if he won't go, make him drink cranberry juice for a couple of days to see if that helps.

Urinary tract infections are caused by bacteria. If he does not urinate after sexual intercourse he could get that. Also, if he is uncircumsized, uncircumsized males are more likely than circumsized males to get a Urinary Tract Infection. If it is an STD...you'd most likely have it too. Tell him to go to the doctor to make sure.

No, it is not a STD although you may likely get one from having intercourse. undesirable hygiene, poor weight loss software, sitting in grimy water via a pool or on a boat, wearing a similar undies 12 days in a row....you will desire to get a UTI from any of those issues.

A UTI, has nothing to do with an STD, it's like having a kidney infection, he needs an antibiotic, and don't worry, he can't give you a UTI infection.
