I have Honda Unicorn 2004 model, where I am not satisfied with the service done by the service centre and also I have few complaint against the product which need to be informed to the company and I do not have the communication link to forward my grievance.

Last few pages of your owners manual, there should be phone number to Honda that you should call. Is the repair center the dealer or just another repair shop? Is your car under warranty? If your car is not under warranty and the repair center was the dealer, call the number. If it was some other repair shop they should have a phone number that is out in the open somewhere where you can call the the state. Of course every state is different

if you feel that you were taken on the service that was done; there is a unit through the Department of Motor Vehicles - repair greivance division. Good luck
