Your question is good.He is guilty of a crime but no one is thinking about what will follow.Every person who is a believer in democracy
must understand that the most ancient of rights everyone is entitled
to a fair trial.His trial was rigged .One day America must put some of its own in the dock..If Saddam Hussein can be tried in his own country why cannot David Hicks who has been held by the U.S. for 5 years without trial be returned to Australia.

No cause he could still carry on his evil from his cell and despite their barbaric prisons he would still have followers who would do it for him. Life in shackles in a cold bare cell would be the best I agree if not for what I said.
