It would take about 5 1/2 hours nonstop to get from San Francisco to Boston. Give or take 10 to 15 minutes, due to any weather related problems.

I flew two months ago from San Francisco to Boston in a non stop fly. It took me 5 H. 15 min. without any problem.

Well, that's at least 2500 miles, and your airplane will probably cruise at around 500 mph give or take a few, so I would estimate 6 hours in the air - you have to factor in climbout and the ridiculously long amount of time you spend on "final" approach.
