If you are on active duty in Florida, your California drivers license will not expire. California law provides that a drivers license is valid for the full term of your enilistment, and for 30 days after discharge. Call 1-800-777-0133 and ask for a card (DL 236) which extends your license.

If, as your name implies, you are in the military and stationed in Florida, you are not required to get a Florida drivers license. See if the California DMV allows you to renew online.

If you have moved to Florida, you are required to obtain a Florida drivers license within 10 days of moving to the state. It will be much easier for you to get a Florida license if you do so before your California license expires.
