there are many ways.. first look at the person everyday for 30 days... at the same time each day. Record what they do at that time. From there you opening a door inwhich you've never seen before. Don't tell them what you doing, do it silently. Try to find something that you feel will stimulate that mind. Bring yourself onto their level . You will notice something different about that person. it works.

I knew of a guy I once worked with, no longer do since he got another job but he was just messed completely in his head. In a few years this guy will probably be a serial killer or something but all in all, you cannot judge a person for having a sick mind since they could have some serious illness that has gone undetected
The way I dealt with this guy whenever he started talking about things people just should never talk about (not even going to repeat) I just nodded, pretended to listen and when he stopped I would say to him "I don't think you should talk about everything you think of in your head since others will take it the wrong way"

I think the best thing to do with whatever you perceive as a "sick mind" would be to be as greatly understanding as possible. People who seem broken and angered easily have a sorrowful past that you may or may not know much about. So i believe it would be best not to judge and tryin having this person understood from where you stand.

Sick minded people have a warped perspective of the world, but this often gives them unique insights. I glean what I can from them with a healthy dose of skepticism and without getting too close.

Stay as far away from them as possible. Sick minded people are totally unpredictable and unpredictability can be very dangerous. I personally would not want to take the chance, so I would stay very far away.
