i also have real player and media player and interactual installed on my computer but the interactual player said i need a decoder,please help

First you need to have a dvd drive on your computer then you need to install dvd viewing software such as powerdvd or windvd, which installs the dvd encoder/decoder software.

Im guessing you have a DVD drive?
Try upgrading windows media player.
AnyDVD will give you 21 day free trial of Decoding software its made by slysoft i think.(i use it to burn, but its a great program)

To play any DVD on your computer you have to have a DVD Rom Drive, because I am assuming all you have is a CD Rom Drive in your PC.

do you have a dvd reader on your computer? It should have come with software to play dvds.
