check tools and view and make sure the search bar is checked, if so or you cant get to tools reinstall it or download it again and install

Right click the area at the top where the file, edit, view, favorites, tools, and help tabs are. Make sure address bar is checked. If it isn't checked then click on it and it will reappear.

Your address bar is missing. Right click (with the mouse) on the grey area where you have the File Edit... then check back the "Address Bar". That's it
