I would like to know what is the best time (early morning, night, or during day or evening) and where is the best place (bathroom, toilet, bed, backyard, open space, before your PC) to Mastrubate

there is no "best" place or time. Do it when you and your penis feel like it. Some guys do it 3 or more times a day thus they cover the morning, noon and night. Others prefer it in the morning or before bed or whenever.

As for place, as long as you don;t get busted by the cops for masturbating in a public place, anywhere you like to do it is fine. Try them all and then some if it tickles your fancy. You may find a couple that work great and some that only do it for you when you are in a particular mood. But they all work. Oh, and if there is some element of risk of being caught that does add to the thrill - just don;t get caught by prudes who think masturbation is bad or sinful; better to get seen by people who think it is perfectly normal and healthy (which it is).

it is your own personal perference - i used to like to do it in a shower at night right before bed - it makes very little mess and causes one to be relaxed and ready to sleep.
