It seems to me you don't want to see him anymore or talk to him or you're just not interested in him. Maybe you should just tell him" Look I don't want to (whatever the situation is) anymore. I think it's time for you to move on." If he is constantly calling you and coming to the door then you must have led him on strong. If this gets worse...maybe you should get police involved if you're that serious and if he's bothering you that much.

Call 911 and don't answer the door. Don't answer the phone either if you know it is him... If you have Caller Id. Or try *69 and maybe the number is traceable. Make sure you are in a safe place and protect yourself.

You shouldn't assume he's jamaican.
Just because some random person said, "yo,yo, yo mun! u be da person i've been seaching for! mi name is da brudda from anodda mudda! and you be the sista of a mista!", doesn't mean that they're jamaican. Unless he explicitly told you that he is from Jamaica, do not call him jamaican. Someday people will get very offended by your racial assumptions.
