My son played a game and took the game out to play another. The green power light stays lit, but the screen is black with no sound. Is there any thing that I can do to make this thing work again? The psp is brand new and I've been trying to contact the maker for the last 4 days with no answer. Pleez Help?

check the link below for some help. It offers some basic tips on what may be wrong with your son's PSP. It may be something simple like in the article, but it may be something more serious, like a Hard Drive error. If none of the answers to the problems on the link help, then I would use the same link and email Sony the problem. Sometimes they jump right on your problem, and other times they do not (in my customer service experience). I hope that helps!
