I think im feeding my fish to mauch and it has green on the top of its head. Is it a disease or what is he dying.

It could be an infection, go to the petstore and there should be meds that you can put in the water for it. You should only be feeding your fish once in the morning and once at night and only a few pinches each time. If you over feed your fish you will notice its belly getting big and if you continue to over feed it there stomach will rupture and it wont be a pretty sight.

Your fish does not have ich, and ich is not a fungus.
Some varieties of angels have a bit of green or blue on their crown when mature.

Yoyr fish as ich - it is a fungus. You can get drops to put in the water that will clear it up.

It is probably nothing. I had a brown goldfish and as time passed, he turned gold.
