My son played a game and took the game out to play another. The green power light stays lit, but the screen is black with no sound. Is there any thing that I can do to make this thing work again? The psp is brand new and I've been trying to contact the maker for the last 4 days with no answer. Pleez Help?
Thanks!

Sense you're psp is new and you bought it new as long as you have the receipt then you should be able to send it in to sony for repairs under the warranty.

Call 1 800 345 7669 (sony)

Take the battery out, put it back in and see what happens. If that doesn't work, put it on the charger. If that doesn't work, call Sony customer suport, but the battery thing should work. My psp's a year and a half old, and i use the battery method whenever something happens, and always turned out happy.
