hello married cpl here and were both right here to answer this
our second marriage was better than our first for several reasons actually we have alot more in common,we have the communcation,the trust,the love being returned,and the greatest thing of all of this is we have each other :)

I can answer your question with one word.....trust. My second marriage is SO much better than the first, because my husband is honest - he told me he would never cheat on me, (all of his friends told me he never would either.....) and I believe what he tells me. He has never given me a reason to doubt his commitment to me. It makes a wonderful foundation for our marriage.

My first lasted a year; my second is going on 15 years. I was older, wiser and much more patient the second time around and so was he! This time, I feel like we both know what we want and are working towards it. Last time, it was all about him.

My third husband loves me and gives me respect . My first husband and I married when we were to young. My second husband just wanted a housekeeper and cook and someone to have sex with. He was stingy, didn't like my children or any of my family.He didn't even want me to use the phone.and he drank to much. My husband now does not drink , he doesn't have a stingy bone in his body. And we share everything.He loves my children and grandkids.
