How dangerous is mold exposure?

Mold has been growing in my car for 1 1/2 years. I can smell it, and it is getting gradually worse. the mold cannot be cleaned up (so please don't suggest ways to clean it); I would need to get rid of the car. Should I do that immediately?

No, there are no kids in it. (Funny, I think that if there were, I would've replaced it a long time ago. Which is kind of messed up...)

it is dangerous and especially if there are kids in it get rid of it and find something else this is nothing to play with
